The Farm Co-op

• We aim to use local suppliers and to create a community of small local producers. We thereby ensure freshness and save the costs of large-scale commercial production and unnecessary shipping and handling of goods.
• We limit waste by encourage bulk buying and using reusable cloth bags. Olive oil and ecological cleaning materials are marketed in self-filled reusable bottles and containers. All packaging is returnable and the suppliers re-use them after appropriate cleaning.
• We aim to create a cooperative that offers a variety of products and provides consumers with a positive, different kind of shopping experience. Much effort has gone into building a community network around the cooperative and establishing strong farmer/manufacturer-consumer relationships. Towards this end Hava & Adam offer visits with our growers and suppliers as well as activities for consumers such as cheese making, lectures on nutrition, herbology, etc.

The Co-op hours are:
Sun. - Thur. 4:00- 7:00 pm
Fri. 8:00 am - 2:30 pm
Thursday and Friday are market days during the Co-op hours where fresh fruits, vegetables, cheeses and breads are available.
Products available in the Co-op include: dry organic food goods, olive oil, techina, date honey, halva, olives, olive oil soaps, natural cosmetics, herbs, environmentally friendly diapers and women’s hygiene, ecologically-friendly cleaning products, sprouts, granola, dried fruits, nuts and more….
